My mouse no work in X windows

I have a serial mouse in Com1 but I canīt move my mouse in X windows (the cursor donīt move. I tried with mouseconfig, xf86config, XF86Setup, i killed ps of mouse, i used ls -l /dev/mouse and i got /dev/mouse --->/dev/cua0 but not work, i tried with many protocols, but nothing. Please help me. Thanks
