Where are the tunable parameters of the kernel?

I need to find the tunable parameters of the linux kernel, bue i cant find them (filesystems, processes, swapping,...) I would like to know if there is any files such as mtune, or dtune is System V where you can change the main tunable parameters. Thank you everybody!!
